Service Description
Shifting the Mindset is a four session live group course designed to help you stop memorizing and start thinking like a real nurse. This course focuses on how nurses prioritize care recognize what actually matters in a situation and make safe confident decisions under pressure. Each week we meet live to break down the way NCLEX questions are built and more importantly how clinical judgment is formed. You will learn how to slow down your thinking identify the root of the problem and choose actions based on patient safety not panic or second guessing. This is not a content heavy review. This course is about building the mental framework that allows you to use what you already know more effectively. We focus on patterns priority decision making and understanding why one action matters more than another in real clinical scenarios. Each session is paired with a weekly study plan that helps you apply what we covered without overwhelming you. The study plans guide your review reinforce critical thinking and help you practice with intention instead of doing random questions. This course is ideal for students who feel like they know the material but struggle to apply it on exams. It is also for those who feel anxious during questions overthink answer choices or change answers after narrowing it down. By the end of this course you will feel more grounded in your decision making more confident in your judgment and more in control of how you approach NCLEX style questions. This is about shifting how you think so everything else starts to click.
Cancellation Policy
Shifting the Mindset is a four week live group course delivered in a cohort format. By booking this course you are committing to all four sessions. Class Schedule Each cohort meets on the same day of the week and at the same time for four consecutive weeks. The full schedule is shared before enrollment. Please review the dates and times carefully before booking to ensure availability. Attendance Expectations This is a live interactive course. Students are expected to attend sessions on time and remain present for the duration of class. Late arrivals may disrupt the learning experience and may not receive a recap. Participation Requirements Students must attend with camera on and have working microphone access. This course relies on discussion clinical reasoning and active participation. Passive attendance is not supported. Learning Environment Please attend class from a quiet space free from distractions. Be presentable and prepared as if you were attending an in person class. This creates a respectful learning environment for everyone. Technology Responsibility Students are responsible for ensuring stable internet access and functional audio and video prior to class. Technical issues on the student’s end do not qualify for refunds or make up sessions. Missed Sessions Because this is a cohort based course missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up live. If a session recording is provided it is intended for review only and does not replace live participation. Refund Policy Due to the nature of cohort based learning all sales are final once the course begins. No refunds or transfers are available after the first session. Respect and Professional Conduct This course is a supportive learning space. Respectful communication is required at all times. Disruptive behavior or failure to follow course expectations may result in removal from the course without refund. By enrolling in this course you acknowledge and agree to these policies and understand the expectations of participation and commitment.
