These sessions are personalized to fit your unique needs. Sessions are conducted via Zoom and you will receive a meeting link upon booking.

NCLEX prep courses are offered as individual courses as well as group courses. Please read item/service descriptions fully prior to booking.

What are your Booking Policies?

Booking Policies for RNPREPBESTIE
1. Scheduling Sessions: All sessions can be scheduled through our Wix booking system. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details, including the Zoom link for virtual meetings.
2. Session Reminders: Automatic email reminders will be sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled session to help you stay on track.
3. Rescheduling:
    • Individual Sessions: You may reschedule up to 12 hours in advance using the Wix platform. Rescheduling within 12 hours is not permitted unless in the case of an emergency (please reach out directly if needed).
    • NCLEX PREP Packages: Sessions within a package can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the session start time.

4. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, it will be considered a
            no-show, and the session will be forfeited. Please reach out if you anticipate being late.

5. Cancellations:
 • Individual Sessions: Cancel at least 12 hours before the session to receive a full refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time.
 • Group Sessions and Packages: Cancellations made after 7 days from booking are non-refundable.

6. Technology Requirements: Please ensure a reliable internet connection and access to
             Zoom for virtual sessions. RNPREPBESTIE is not responsible for technical difficulties
             on the client’s end that result in a missed session.

What is your Refund Policy?

1. Consultation Fees: Our 30-minute initial consultations are free of charge. There is no refund 
         necessary, as these sessions are complimentary.

2. Individual and Group Sessions:
 • Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
 • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable but can be rescheduled one time.
 • No-Show Policy: Missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

3. NCLEX Prep Packages:
 • Course Package Refunds: Refunds for NCLEX Prep Packages and Study Plans are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the sessions or resources have been used.
 • Partial Refunds: After 7 days or if more than 20% of the services have been utilized, refunds are not available.

4. Digital/Online Resources and Study Plans:
 • Due to the nature of digital and online products, purchases of digital resources (e.g., downloadable study guides or qbanks) are non-refundable.

5. Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to 
          unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to discuss potential options for rescheduling or partial
          credit.

Yes, we do! To make your experience as convenient as possible, we accept payment plans through Afterpay, Sezzle Anywhere, Zip, and PayPal. These services allow you to break down your total payment into 4 equal installments with no interest. Here’s how it works:
 • Apple Pay & Google Pay: Easy, secure, and instant payments using your mobile device.
 • Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4: Split your total into 4 equal interest-free installments. You pay the first installment at checkout, and the remaining balance is automatically deducted every two weeks.
