I provide a range of services tailored for nursing students and graduates, including individual and group study sessions, personalized study plans, and NCLEX prep courses. Individual study sessions are one-on-one Zoom meetings designed to target your specific areas of struggle. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a required session survey. This survey must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment so your session can be properly prepared and customized. Based on your responses, your session will focus on breaking down difficult concepts, strengthening clinical reasoning, and refining test-taking strategies. We will work through case-based discussions and NCLEX-style questions to help you think through scenarios with confidence, not just memorize content. All sessions are conducted via Zoom, and your meeting link will be sent after booking.

Group study sessions are a collaborative opportunity for nursing students to study together, especially when preparing for midterms or finals. Each session includes interactive activities to reinforce learning and foster a supportive study environment with your peers.

NCLEX prep courses are designed to provide you with all the tools and resources needed to succeed, whether it's your first attempt or a later one. You'll gain access to an online Qbank, personalized guidance, and strategies to ease the anxiety of preparing for this important exam. NCLEX prep courses are offered as individual courses as well as group courses. Please read item/service descriptions fully prior to booking.

Booking Policies for RNPREPBESTIE 1. Scheduling Sessions: All sessions can be scheduled through our Wix booking system. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details, including the Zoom link for virtual meetings. 2. Session Reminders: Email reminders will be sent before your scheduled session to help you stay on track. 3. Rescheduling: • Individual Sessions: You may reschedule up to 12 hours in advance using the Wix platform. Rescheduling within 12 hours is not permitted unless in the case of an emergency (please reach out directly if needed). • NCLEX PREP Packages: Sessions within a package can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the session start time. 4. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited. Please reach out if you anticipate being late. 5. Cancellations: • Individual Sessions: Cancel at least 12 hours before the session to receive a full refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time. • Group Sessions and Packages: Cancellations made after 7 days from booking are non-refundable. 6. Technology Requirements: Please ensure a reliable internet connection and access to Zoom for virtual sessions. RNPREPBESTIE is not responsible for technical difficulties on the client’s end that result in a missed session.

Refund Policy for RNPREPBESTIE LLC 1. 1:1 Tutoring Sessions All 1:1 tutoring sessions require advance preparation based on your completed session survey. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to receive a refund, minus a small administrative processing fee. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non refundable due to individualized preparation time. However, the session may be rescheduled one time if notice is given before the scheduled start time. No Show Policy Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. Session surveys must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. If the survey is not submitted on time, the session may be rescheduled based on availability. 2. NCLEX Prep Packages and Multi Session Programs Because prep packages include structured planning and reserved calendar time: • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of purchase. • If any sessions have already been completed, refunds will be prorated based on sessions used. • After 5 days or once 25 percent of the program has been accessed or completed, refunds are not available. Unused sessions must be used within the stated program timeframe unless otherwise discussed. 3. Digital Products, Study Plans, and Downloadable Resources Due to the immediate access and digital nature of these materials, all digital product purchases are final sale and non refundable. 4. Special Circumstances Emergencies happen. If you experience a documented medical or family emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. While refunds are not guaranteed, partial credit or rescheduling may be considered on a case by case basis.
